In Fidem announces that it has signed an agreement to join the Atos group, third largest organization offering cybersecurity[1] services.
15 years after founding In Fidem, Matthieu Chouinard and Michel Boutin, agreed to join Atos, a world-class organization.
Recognized for its cutting-edge expertise in cloud security, digital identity, risk management and responses to cyberattacks, In Fidem assists public and private sector clients with the management of their information.
By deciding to join ATOS, our company will benefit from the global presence and extensive expertise of the French firm in order to expand its breath of services to its customers.
The transaction is expected to close during the first quarter of 2021.
